Bicycle World Of Brownsville - (956) 541-9712

This year I purchased two bikes from Bicycle World of Brownsville for my family, and was prepared to purchase a 3rd bike for myself. Although the selection was limited, I wanted to give my business to this local vendor. After selecting the bike I wanted I was informed by the owner that he was too busy preparing an order for a large company in town, but and he assured me that he would call when the bike was assembled. I waited for over a week but never received a call. I later returned to the store and was again told that I would be called once the bicycle had been assembled. This call never occurred. Due to an apparent lack of interest in my business (maybe my order wasn't large enough) I made the decision to take my business elsewhere. My experience left me feeling as if my time and business were insignificant to the owner and staff. Due to my negative experience at this location I would not not recommend my famliy and friends to shop there. I have since purchased a new bike for mysel

The staff at bicycle world of Brownsville where very helpful and knowlegdable. They answered all the questions that I had and informed me on the things that I didnt know. they have a wide assortment of equipment and are willing to order things that I requested. I would recommend to anyone interested in health or fitness to stop by with any questions or repairs.

My son is into skateboarding and had heard Bicycle World carries sturdy boards. We went and were greeted with friendly workers and helpful staff. They showed us what was the best board and they had a big assortment to choose from. The also have lots of bikes, and rollerblading equipment. The prices were pretty reasonable and the quality of the board was super. The store was well stocked and was clean and nice. I would recommend them to friends and family. I would go back::)
